Sometimes a cold milkshake is exactly what a sweet craving calls for, and this low-carb version hits the spot without needing any store-bought ice cream. The peanut butter and chocolate flavors blend into a rich, creamy shake that tastes far more indulgent than its simple preparation suggests. 🤎

It takes just minutes to blend up and is perfect for a warm afternoon when you want something sweet, cold, and refreshing. Add a little sugar-free chocolate drizzle on top, and you’ve got yourself a pretty irresistible keto treat! 🥤✨

**Servings:** 2 small milkshakes

### Ingredients

- 1½ tbsp natural peanut butter (24 g)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (5 g)
- ⅓ cup heavy cream (80 ml), or full-fat yogurt or unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp granulated keto sweetener (about 24 g), or 4–5 drops liquid stevia
- ¾–1 cup ice cubes (about 105–140 g), adjust to desired thickness

**Optional:**

- 1 tsp chia seeds (about 4 g) for extra thickness

### Directions

1. Add the peanut butter, almond milk, cocoa powder, heavy cream, sweetener, and **¾ cup (about 105 g) ice** to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and frosty. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker milkshake.
3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed, then blend briefly to combine.
4. Pour into two small glasses and serve immediately. If desired, top with a drizzle of melted sugar-free chocolate, peanut butter, unsweetened whipped cream, or chopped peanuts.

### Storage

Refrigerate any leftover milkshake for up to **24 hours**. It may lose some of its frothy texture, so blend it again with a few ice cubes before serving.

You can also pour leftovers into popsicle molds and freeze them for a simple frozen keto treat.
